Wall Hanging (24 Jain Tirthankaras)
24 Jain Tirthankaras related to Jainism. According to the
Jainism a Tirthankara appears in the world to teach the way to Moksha or
Liberation. Tirthankaras are not incarnations of God or any founder of any
religion; they are Great omniscient teachers who lived at various times in
men’s cultural history.
The first Tirthankara was Rishabhanatha and the 24th
was Mahaveer.
In this wall hanging we carved all 24 Tirthankar and Lord
Mahaveer in the Centre.
